Who is responsible
PE Ordynskyi Denys is the data controller for this website. You can reach us at gehucka@gmail.com.
Tax number: 3159320577
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through a form on this site, we collect the name and email address you enter, and — only if you choose to provide them — your phone number, your message, and the industry you select.
We also record the page you submitted from, the language you were browsing in, and, if you used the price builder, the options you selected and the resulting estimate. This tells us what you were looking at when you got in touch so we can reply usefully.
We do not collect any of this unless you submit a form. Simply reading the site sends us nothing.
Why we hold it
We use your details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to deliver the work. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
The legal basis is your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful. It does not load at all until you press Accept on the cookie banner — if you decline, or simply ignore it, no analytics cookie is ever set and no data is sent.
If you accept, Google Analytics records pages viewed and a small number of actions such as clicking WhatsApp, starting a quote, or opening the booking link. We use this in aggregate; we do not use it to identify you personally.
The fonts on this site are served from our own server, not from Google Fonts, so reading the site does not disclose your IP address to a third-party font provider.
Where your data is stored
Enquiries are stored in Google Firestore and the site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Google acts as our processor.
Our database is located in the United States, so submitting a form transfers your details outside the EEA. Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which is the safeguard this transfer relies on.
We are based in Ukraine and read your enquiry from there, so your details also reach a country outside the EEA that does not have an EU adequacy decision. We rely on your explicit consent for this transfer, which is why the form asks for it before you can send anything. If you would rather not have your data leave the EEA, please contact us by phone instead of using the form.
Enquiries can only be written, never read back, by the website itself — they are readable only by us through an authenticated Google account.
Other services we link to
If you click the WhatsApp button you leave this site and continue on WhatsApp, operated by Meta. If you book a call you continue on Calendly. Once you are on those services, their own privacy policies apply, not ours.
We do not embed either service in the page, so nothing is shared with them until you actively click through.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we will action it — there is no charge, and we aim to respond well within the one month the law allows.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data and you are in the EU, you can complain to the data protection authority of the country you live in — for Greece that is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr). As we are registered in Ukraine, you may also raise it with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, who supervises data protection there.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.
